ARTIST AGREEMENT

All artists, song writers, music publishers, promoters or other industry representatives who submit music to The INtro, please READ and AGREE to ALL the following terms and conditions as stated in this agreement.

The INtro, syndicated programs, herein referred to as The INtro or The Program.
You, or The Artist or Representative, refers to the owner, or representative of the owner of the music, submitted to The INtro.

1. By entering into this agreement, you submit that you are the owner or authorized agent for the owner of the submitted music. You have the full rights to the material submitted for consideration to The INtro, and agree to indemnify The INtro, its officers, employees and agents against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, liability, cost and expense arising from any breach of a third party contract that you may be party to.
   
2. Artists, song writers, music publishers, promoters or other industry representatives who submit music to The INtro, do grant The INtro the privilege to broadcast any or all submitted music, ROYALITY FREE. This privilege extends to all broadcasts and promotions controlled by The INtro, syndicated  programs, world wide, for the length of this agreement. This agreement may be cancelled with a 30 day notice, by either party.
   
3. You further grant The INtro the authority to use any and all visual representations of you, the band, Your C/D cover to promote your music
   
4. The INtro will NOT be responsible for any unauthorized use of, or abuse of material obtained from any of our broadcast sources.
   
5. Artists, song writers, music publishers, promoters or other industry representatives will only submit     
   original music owned or controlled by you.
   
6. All submitted songs may be subject to minor editing. (i.e. song length)
   
7. The INtro reserves the right to add or remove submitted songs, from our play list, without prior notice.
   

THE CONTEST
The INtro has created a competition style program that allows our listeners to vote for one of four artists, or songs each program. “The Contest” is designed to create a competitive environment for Un-Signed Christian artists. This environment will promote artist to a level that is designed to expose their music to the maximum number of listeners.
The INtro, syndicated programs does not offer any real or implied prizes or rewards for the contest. The reward is your exposure to a national and international audience. We believe that this will be a blessing to you, and will help you share the love of our Savior, Jesus Christ. The INtro reserves the right to enter any song into competition, within the context of The Program.
You certify that you are of legal age, or have secured the authorization of a parent or guardian who is old enough to enter into this agreement.
Materials submitted to The INtro, for consideration, will not be returned.
